Olympic Bi-Metal Holesaws are made with M42 HSS cutting edge consisting of 8% cobalt. The body is manufactured from premium quality steel with a 4/6 TPI tooth pattern with a 38mm cutting depth. They are supplied individually in hanging blister packs

• Designed for drilling metal but also gives good results in materials such as wood, chipboard, hardboard, plastics & plasterboard

• Suitable for drilling into hard materials such as concrete, rock, brick, stone and granite

• Suitable for use with sheet metal, cast iron, aluminium, wood, plywood, plastics and pipe
• Ensure the recommended speed is used for different diameters of holesaw
• Use the correct cutting fluid when making holes in metal, other than cast iron which should be cut dry
• Use correct level of pressure when hole cutting. Too much or too little can damage cutting edges
• Pilot drills should be correctly assembled to ensure they do not extend beyond cutting teeth further than the material thickness being cut
