This Holesaw Arbour Pilot Drill is 80mm and used for holesaws to prevent the holesaw teeth from walking, the holesaw arbour pilot drill acts as an anchor for a clean cut.

• Suitable for use with wood, nail embedded wood, plywood, plastics and most machinable metals including stainless steel
• Use the correct speed for each diameter of holesaw and the correct cutting fluid where appropriate
• Apply the correct level of pressure when hole cutting
• Pilot drills must be correctly assembled depending on material thickness

Morse Bi-Metal Holesaws are made with a M42 HSS cutting edge consisting of 8% cobalt. They have a positive rake tooth design for longer life and better chip clearance with a threaded cap providing a rigid mounting onto the holesaw Arbor. All are supplied individually in hanging packs.

• Suitable for use with sheet metal, cast iron, aluminium, wood, plywood, plastics and pipe
• Ensure the recommended speed is used for different diameters of holesaw
• Use the correct cutting fluid when making holes in metal, other than cast iron which should be cut dry
• Use correct level of pressure when hole cutting. Too much or too little can damage cutting edges
• Pilot drills should be correctly assembled to ensure they do not extend beyond cutting teeth further than the material thickness being cut
