Delivery Services

• Standard Delivery: We offer UPS delivery throughout the Republic of Ireland at a flat rate of €14.95. (Note: We do not currently offer delivery to Northern Ireland, the UK, or overseas.)
• Bulk Items: Items exceeding 1.5m in length, such as strut and conduit, are subject to a surcharge. 
• Free Delivery: All orders over €100 qualify for free delivery.
• Trade Orders: For larger trade orders, please contact us for bespoke quotes.
• Direct Delivery: We provide delivery services directly to stores, job sites, or your home. 
• Urgent Orders: We endeavor to dispatch all orders the same day for next-day delivery, stock permitting.

• Customers can opt to collect their orders from any of our 10 locations across Ireland:
  • Ballycoolin, Ballymount, Marino (Dublin)
  • Castledermot, Naas (Co. Kildare)
  • Cork, Mallow (Co. Cork)
  • Edenderry (Co. Offaly)
  • Bray (Co. Wicklow)
  • Limerick (Co. Limerick)

Delivery Issues

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

• Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for a new one within 30 days.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

Payment Information

• We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and PayPal for online transactions.
• Our online payments are secured and facilitated by Global Payments, a highly trusted card processor, and include 3D Secure authentication to ensure the security of your transactions.
