ERP System Administrator
National Electrical Wholesalers, Dublin and Century Electrical Wholesalers, Belfast are expanding their network of electrical wholesale branches throughout Ireland and are seeking to fill the above position.
Role:
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ERP system, supporting staff and building out the ERP requirements as we expand.
The position can be based at either our Dublin or Belfast offices with remote working options.
A competitive salary and benefit package will be offered to the successful candidate.
Key responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain the ERP system.
· Providing prompt support to internal users on IT related issues.
· Troubleshooting ERP issues and outages.
· Assigning and maintaining user access, licences, roles and security policies.
· Liaise with software supplier support networks.
· Design and implement custom reports as need arises.
· Writing policy documents and training material for staff.
· Perform routine updates/upgrades/modifications.
· Assist with other software add-ons to the ERP structure.
· Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to optimise speed and efficiency.
· Work with other team heads to implement IT solutions as business needs arise.
Requirements:
· Ideally with existing ERP system administration experience.
· Familiarity with Intact IQ ERP system.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
· Experience of networking protocols.
· Knowledge of SQL script beneficial but not essential.
